Hypnovenator (meaning "sleep hunter") is an extinct genus of troodontid theropod dinosaurs from the Early Cretaceous (Albian) Ohyamashimo Formation of Japan. The genus contains a single species, H. matsubaraetoheorum, known from a partial skeleton.
